i visited the stone center for a quote and the owner said it takes 2 weeks and he said if you give us what you want we will just write it as is. so i came back later to place the order and they increased the quote by 50 to create a template for revision. so this charge is PS, it was not in the original quote and he is asking me to pay 50 to make sure he didn't do any mistakes in his work, he should be paying me money to correct his work not the other way around. so i waited 2 weeks and called them to check on the status and he said it takes 2 months, so obviously lying is one of their sales strategies, and i told him i don't want to get a template to verify and i asked him to deliver what i gave him as is, they didn't respond, a month later i found a letter from them with a template asking for approval, of course they want to prolong the process since they already collected the money.
