Super friendly staff, made me feel very comfortable during entire time there. Answered all questions I had and gave very good suggestions as alternatives. Have been back multiple times and have never had a bad experience. They’re also quick to call their bosses when they need approval of anything out of their control. I highly recommend this place to all my friends :)
Staff were rude and unhelpful. We were looking to buy some lube so we stood looking at their inventory and the clerk only stood and stared at us, not offering to help. A second employee came out from the back seemingly only to glare at us and check inventory to ensure we didn't steal, I presume. We were the only customers there so no excuse. I felt unwelcome while I was there and left feeling belittled. I hope those staff read this and take notes on how to better treat patrons.
Literally just went in there to spend a few hundred on our anniversary.....was told I need hand sanitizer...told her I cant I'm allergic that I have my own in my truck she says well I have to see you put it on.....I said no but you can watch me take my business somewhere else......you are not a health authority bad for business.
Arrived at the store at 12:42, sign said their temporary hours were 12 to 7 but the doors were locked and lights were out
So my partner and I bought some items the yesterday and later on that night we were browsing the love boutiques website and found the items we bought for far less than the advertised price in store. Today we phoned the store and asked if we could get the items price matched to the price they were showing online, as we purchased the item for 49.95 and found them on the website for 22.95. After waiting 5 hours we finally get a reply saying that price matches can only be done during the time of purchase. This practice is not advertised anywhere and I encourage others to avoid this business.
I showed up 20 minutes before they are supposed to close and the woman who was supposed to be working was sitting in her car and said they closed early and drove away..the door says 530 and its 510...I'm gonna guess the person was bored and decided to leave early ..not very professional..while sitting here typing this two other patrons showed up and left disappointed
