I bought my Simmons mattress from Janet S. at the Burlington store (Appleby and Dundas) and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed or pushed to buy a specific mattress. She gave me all the time I needed to make the right choice and guided me through the process. I left feeling like that was the most pleasant experience buying a mattress I've ever had. Thank you Janice S.!!!

Recently began the arduous process of selecting and purchasing a mattress set for my new home. After reading reviews, I made the trip from Hamilton to the north Burlington brick mattress store. Turned out to be a great decision. Rodolfo handled the sale and did a great job. He was clear and concise and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision, all with a smile and without any of the usual sales pressure. He was complimented by Janice, who was also there to answer any questions and assist in the purchase with a smile. I was so thrilled with the service I ended up buying a new TV as well. Without a doubt, I will be going back to this store for any future home furnishing needs. You could buy a bed in a box from an unknown seller online with biased reviews from god knows where.. or, if you're like me and want to speak with an expert on the subject, go to this store first.

Customer service is almost always my reason for selecting a store, whether it’s a large or small purchase. From the moment I walked into the Brick Mattress Store in Burlington, I knew I was a priority just because I walked in. Janice was exceptional. Immediately asked what she could help with and rather than hover over me, let me know she’s there if I had any questions or concerns. She was up front with all pricing and details about delivery, set up etc. She followed up with phone calls exactly as promised. Never overbearing, never overselling. Just there to help where I needed it. Thank you Janice!! As for delivery, they delivered on time and the person who came to assemble was also on time. Both cases brought us polite, respectful and ‘COVID compliant’ people! There wore masks, asked if they needed to remove their shoes and the assembler even asked if I objected to him bringing in his coffee mug (2 hours to assemble, of course!) :O) I HIGHLY recommend the Brick and this store in particular as Janice provided what I know as ‘Raving Fan Service.’ 10 Stars if you ask me!! Thank you!

Great recovery! I had a bad experience at a previous location.. Janice then reached out to me.. She went above and beyond to ensure my happiness. Janice was very helpful in providing me with a mattress that I very much needed. Great price, fast and easy! Completely turned a negative experience into a positive one.
