I got great service here and honest options on phones what was good what wasn't and which ones last longer and which one was better for my business and person. I loved that they gave me their input on phone cases as well. I know sometimes we don't always receive the greatest service from cellular places and that it is sometimes the luck of the draw however the people that where serving today seemed to of been there for more than just a paycheck.

Nightmare staff, horrible provider, and an absolute joke of a store. They do NOT accept mask exemptions, in fact, you must wear a mask (and they will tell you to DOUBLE UP if they feel so inclined) AND they require you to have the tracing app. That is absolutely disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves. Not all Telus stores are like this, so it’s almost a smear on the company. I’d recommend the other location in Grande Prairie because this one is just awful.

Worst Telus store I have ever been in. The line up was 8 people long, and the staff was not in a hurry to move people threw the store to help get line size down. To busy chatting the day away with customers like they are selling a house. Absolutely a waste of time to go to this joke of a store.

Have been to this location 3 times in the last 6 months I’ve lived here, every time with a different problem. While sometimes I had a wait a little long(management? Couple more staff maybe?), they were always incredibly helpful. The staff here have called Telus on my behalf and fought with them to give me what was promised, have taken back equipment past the 30 days, and have been very knowledgeable about their products.
