The gentleman who reviewed my phone plan was extremely helpful explaining my plan and contract... I believe it was Craig? ... he also gave me a direct phone number to find some data plans for my situation (broke situation lol) for the customer loyalty centre where I was directed to speak with Peter. He went above and beyond to help me lower my plan without breaking my contract and was very friendly to talk to... overall great service!

Due to the pandemic, returns for due equipment have not been possible. Got slapped with a 500 no return bill, and need to go into the store because the Mail return Rogers said they would do, did not happen. Waited for 60 minutes outside in in 35C weather, with 20 other customers who came and went, while the only 2 employees spent the entire time doing phone setups for 2 customers with no communication to the waiting line, which did not move by even 1 person in that time... An express line for equipment returns needs to be implemented, or time limit for phone assistance. I tapped on the window to suggest this to an employee who shrugged and ignored me through the glass. This is a mostly a fail on Rogers as an organization, but the under staffing and lack of care displayed by the employees makes you feel all the worse as a customer. I can't recommend going here at all with how it is currently run.
