I wish I’ve could give them -5 star for this services they provide it’s just a joke dealing with these guys. I bought a hino 308 from these guys for 28,000 I just drove the truck 5k and they cheated me by quick fixing the ABS sensor light so because of that my transmission failed and cost me 10000 to replace the transmission plus I paid 3000 to Hino dealership for fixing my ABS problems.so try to avoid these guys. Don’t waste your money or get inspection from Hino dealership.

Just bought a truck from them, everything went the best way. No mumbo jumbo, no fairytales, just facts, and options. In the end, they gave me a truck perfectly ready to serve.

The first and last time I will do business with Right Trucks! I am located in the Okanagan and they knew I was hard pressed for time to get this truck back home and on the road the next day after purchase. The Morning I was to pick the truck up it was in their shop for over 2 hours to “complete” a Commercial Vehicle Inspection which I had requested they do weeks prior. As their mechanics were “busy” with the truck, I had no opportunity to inspect the vehicle electronically. While making the 4 hour drive back in the afternoon, I realized the A/C didn’t work, only very hot air blew from the vents and the automatic locks didn’t work either. After I arrived home I discovered other BASIC items that were not operational. In the end, it cost me over three thousand dollars to repair BASIC items and Right Trucks reimbursed me about 60% of that money. They now do not respond to my correspondence regarding the balance of the money. Draw your own conclusion.....
