Took my 2010 Dodge Ram to line x in Red Deer in late December for a quote on rock guarding as it had rust. Jared quoted me a price and assured me they would take care of the rust and I would get several more years out of the truck. A month and a half later rust started showing up and there was actually a hole develop that was never there before the work. Emailed them and they said to bring it in and they would take care of it. On arrival I pointed out the hole and the additional rust spots. When I returned to pick up the truck the only thing fixed was the hole. Jared insisted that he never intended on repairing all the rust in spite of me clearly stating (originally) that I wanted the rust problem fixed so I could get more years out of the truck. He also became agitated very quickly when I stated I was disappointed with the work and was not very professional. I am not a picky person and understand the truck is older. However, I truly feel the job was unfinished and not done well. Never going back there again. 2000 and 6 weeks later I had rust showing up.........poor workmanship and over promising is what my experience was. ****After reading your response I felt I needed to emphasize these points. 1. I asked for a quote on removing the rust and applying rock guarding so I could extend the life of my truck 2. You gave me a \single\ quote with no mention or option of extra costs or second, higher quote to deal with all the rust in the lower, rock guarded area of the truck 3. \6 WEEKS\ AND THERE WAS RUST SHOWING!!!! That's a pretty low standard after spending 2000 4. PLEASE don't say that I \assumed\ anything. You clearly stated I would get years out of the truck after completion. I have never been compelled to Google review anything (good or bad) prior to this experience but was so disappointed in what was promised and what I received, I felt it necessary. If I could have chose 0 stars, I would have.

I'd like to start this review off by saying this had been the best experience as a customer for a auto service I have received. Jared was super easy to communicate with - from the initial phone call all the way to picking up the vehicle. Very detailed about what work is being performed prior to drop off and in person at the time of drop off which is comforting and reassuring. Very competitive pricing and the best in Alberta from any location, quick to provide quotes and outstanding workmanship from his crew. I' will be absolutely coming back with any future Line-X work needing to be done. Thanks again gentlemen

I just had undercoating completed on my Jeep Wrangler and was so very impressed at the professionalism of Jared and his team! They did an outstanding job, spent additional time explaining their process and allowed me to be involved. They showed me my vehicle from underneath on the hoist both before and after coating. I would highly recommend this business!

Horrible service will never take anything there again. Poor quality work. Brought my truck to them and didn’t really look at the work when I paid for it. My mistake for paying for it, when asked to help me fix the problems they did nothing.
