Overall we had a poor experience with the used vehicle sales department. Purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram, and had to request to have floor mats put in it. We had a difficult time with the salesman as he had little experience and not prepared well enough prior to us coming in for the sale. Very disappointed in the quality of the tires and was told that there was nothing they could do for us. Had one salmon tell us he thought they were good, and then another tell us they were garbage. Only positive experience we had was with the finance manager who was quick to get us numbers and able to answer all of our questions efficiently.

Overall my experience trading up my truck was favourable. Jason was attentive and informative and willing to go the extra mile to help me with my purchase. I was already sold on the product and appreciated some of the incentives offered. Of course, as a customer you always want the best bang for your hard earned dollar, but it is the staff that make the difference. The finance manager Ricardo was pleasant to deal with as well. My wife and I recently bought a new Ram 1500. Marvin Molina was a very professional and knowledgeable salesman to deal with. He took the time to find out exactly what we wanted and then brought the vehicle up front for us to test drive. We did not have to walk all around the lot. He also followed up a couple of days later to see if everything was satisfactory. Marlon Molina and Ricardo Bravo were also very helpful and great to deal with in the finance aspect.
