SALE LOST: Listing clearly advised \virtual visits available\, when I tried arranging one, the salesperson set up a time and date, but seemed not to understand a platform or link was required. I asked if they wanted me to set it up, and they said yes. I sent a \Zoom\ request for the agreed upon time and date... DEALERSHIP DID NOT SHOW UP. No email advising of a delay, or acknowledgement of an issue If they can't honour their advertised services and appointment times, how could they be trusted to honour any warranties, or claims in their inspections. NOT READY for online sales in 2021. Staff training urgently required. Update: After advising the company of the issue, the dealer called explaining he was \confused\, and that he assumed I would be showing up in person for the clearly identified \VIRTUAL tour\, and Zoom meeting which he asked me to set up. Pardon the confusion, but reading comprehension is a part of business.
