It is unfortunately, very hidden sculpture. The best access to it, is to walk on Main Street behind City Hall through Buffy Lane to the furthest west entrance. Planted young trees will also obstruct the view. Very tasty, carved in limestone, stylized figure with bronze rose behind its back. Mary Ellen Farrow is a localy-based artist working mainly with stone. Sometimes I do question intentions of officials who decided to place public art in very difficult arrangements, making almost impossible for public (except clients and city hall workers) to enjoyed.
