When I did seen this sculpture and name, spontaneously two things happened: I was humming "Weather With You" by Crowded House and was captivated by the movement of this sculpture, that reminded me gigantic cup anemometer. If you never seen one, much smaller one is a instrument used for measuring wind speed, mostly in weather stations. Interesting: the three cup anemometer was developed by the Canadian John Patterson in 1926 and currently, after other improvements, is used as the industry standard for wind data. Worth the effort. Yours to discover.
