This is the most useless truck dealership pls guys don't ever stop by this dealership, all they do is guess work and a big rip off, I paid 7000 for no job done my truck was even worse than b4 and no good costumer service pls avoid this dealership in all ways
Great last minute service offered. My truck was about to fall into derate. I called on Friday evening to ask if they could help and force a regeneration on our Cummins engine. Driver arrived, was taken inside almost immediately. Thanks
This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt in whole of Ontario. My truck got towed in with a malfunctioning sensor. Told them that I had a warranty on this but just to rip me off they cleaned the sensor and installed it back without asking me what they should do. MAYBE OVER-SMART. And when i was about to pickup the truck the actual problem started showing its sign again. Then they said if the fault is at our end we won’t charge you.. but they installed a new sensor and again charged me. They don’t stand by their word. If they would have called me in 1st place, all of that would have been covered by the warranty company. But thankfully these losers made me lost 1800 in total and 2300 trip. Not Coming back to any of the Team’s dealerships, i.e. Cambridge, London, Windsor and Sarnia.
Great place, great people. Had me back on the road in no time.
