Ferry is great! It is very quiet and smooth, offering a very comfortable passenger lounge with cafeteria. I was surprised at the lack of engine noiseand vibration in the passenger lounge. Staff was friendly and organized.

Beautiful, especially if you like to bicycle ride. I also enjoyed the free samples of various wines they had. Fun for couples

Well, this is the only way to get to the island. Book way in advance if you’re taking a car. The customer service reps who handle the phone calls for reservations are terribly rude and unprofessional. I spoke to Elise (or something similar) and she talked to me as if I owed her something. They are not even decent enough to answer basic questions if you are a first timer. The process for boarding is awful. DO NOT worry about getting there an hour before the departure time. Get there 15 mins before and you should be good. They say an hour before to make it convenient for them, not for you. The vessel doesn’t get there till about 20 mins before departure.

Excellent service and coordination of vehicles.

Book as far ahead as possible as the car reservations go very quickly. Very long. 90 minutes one way so be prepared and bring a book or something to do. The food service is expensive and the coffee horrible so don’t go hungry or bring your own. Only way to get to the island so go prepared. Seating outside is very very uncomfortable. Bring a camp chair if this might be an issue for you.

The trip was quick and pleasant. Make sure to grab a seat as soon as you can.
