Ferry terminal in Dartmouth connecting to Halifax. it is a great place, you can see the whole view of downtown halifax. there is a farmer market on weekends there. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
First time to this amazing city, took the ferry to downtown and oh well worth it, with the staff so polite and headed us to the right direction. Seeing the city of Halifax from Dartmouth was such a pleasant trip. Parking and price of ferry was worth it, trying to park in Halifax is hard and expensive and you don't have this short trip across the water ways. Both cities make you feel loved and at home.
Halifax ferries are one of the best parts about this city. If you want to see the harbour it's 1000% cheaper than the harbour hopper.
They changed the rules so you cant take any food or drink on the ferry, which I understand, but maybe move the tim hortons from right in front of where you board the ferry. I had to throw away the drink I just bought, and I want my 3 bucks back.
