Don't believe any of these fake bad reviews. Unfortunately they were completely made up by a very vindictive disgruntled employee that had recently been fired. The store is amazing, clean, and discreet. It has a wonderful large selection to pick from. Come and experience for yourself. Owner Rick is super nice and friendly, if you need anything that isn't in stock he will make it so that you will get what you want. He is so down to earth and the nicest guy ever. He is knowledgable and has a great attitude towards customers and his employees. He always provides excellent customer service and staff always makes you feel very welcome and comfortable.

The man that works there (The owner I think) sold me defective toys. I got home and they didn't even work. Then I'm told buy the staff that there's no returns or exchanges. That guy is rude and his toys are cheap and broken. You can see a bunch of broken toys on a shelf behind the cash too. The store is ghetto and looks like it's falling apart. Never shopping here again.
I'll never shop here again. Went in to buy my wife a gift and the girl at the cash made me feel super uncomfortable and was extremely judgmental. She clearly would rather be on her phone then bother helping a customer.
