I have purchased glasses from all three places in the mall. This is the clear winner. Did a BOGO deal and absolutely could not beat the price. Got frames and lenses with all of the protective anti-glare stuff that comes along with them for less than I would have paid at LensCrafters for one pair. The staff that helped me was super friendly as well. I would not hesitate to recommend.
Excellent service, courteous staff. I ordered a pair of prescription glasses but when they arrived there was a proble. The staff were very understanding and sent them back to be remade. When the new pair arrived I took them home to try out but after a couple of weeks I couldn't get them to work as they should. Feeling somewhat embarrassed I took them back for the second time and they were happy to have the lenses remade. In less than a week they were back and performed perfectly. I am extremely happy with Image Optometry and impressed with their patience and excellent service. Many thanks!
