This company is stuck back in the 1970's for their customer service and lack of tech. Had home delivery with Miller and they pretty much came and went when they felt like it, even after I asked for a day or two notice prior to propane delivery. Arrogant correspondence via email and plenty of attitude. Also, one of their drivers ruined a section of our gravel driveway while trying to back up with his truck. More training perhaps? The other thing I found strange (and unacceptable) is that they write down your credit card info in a book (for home propane delivery service), which anyone in the store/office seems to have access to. Not secure and unacceptable in this day and age. If you're looking for propane home delivery in the Laurentians, there are other, much better, options.
