Don’t bother coming here!!!! They treated us absolutely poorly at the door! I have no idea why they think Sam is a good choice to provide a good company imagine but she’s not! I was tempted to shop because of the warm and inviting website, but left because of the cold and unwelcoming atmosphere!

Clean, organized, and knowledgeable. I love the friendly service! Prices or competitive which is so nice to see. Would definitely recommend this place! I had to read reviews to see why their stars aren't higher, and honestly its clearly just negative customers not understanding how a store works lol they deserve more stars.

Been in a few times. Unfortunately the employees aren't very knowledgeable and made my wife feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome that she left. The products are also at a 3x mark up on almost everything in the store! I've been a part of many TABOO shows and can confirm that you can buy the EXACT same products from many other places for half the price.

Terrible customer service; bought an item which was obviously missing a part. I questioned the sales girl about the missing part, she said she didn’t know and called her manager to ask about the missing part. The manager said no, that’s how it is sold, I might add it was overpriced, but my son wanted it for his birthday and so I bought it apprehensively. When I got home I looked up the item online and all the ones available online have the missing part, anyway I called the place back and was told no exchanges no refunds that’s it!!! The girl on the phone was rude and would not even let me explain what I wanted to be a happy customer. No customer service whatsoever, I just wanted them to see if they could order the part or let me take something that’s a complete unit, just a little customer service would have went a looong way. Super sour grapes to dr love Mission!!!!! Not spending a cent there ever again !!!!!

No social distancing. Building had a bunch of people in it and nobody was wearing masks and there was no way to social distance, staff wasn’t wearing gloves and wasn’t using hand sanitizer! morning staff was very rude, gave an off vibe, and not just a “I’m having a bad day” attitude. Would rather go to Vancouver or Abbotsford then support this.
