Dr. Vinoja was great, she examined me and answered all my questions and also sent the prescription electronically within an hour. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same of the receptionist staff. I understand that they only started accepting insurance recently. However, they should take the time to learn and figure out how different insurance companies work. My insurance company requires me to pay for the service upfront while the clinic files the documents electronically to the insurance company and then I'm reimbursed by insurance. It saves me the trip to post office and/or scanning documents and filling out forms. The receptionist staff were only interested in getting me to pay and would not work with the insurance company to submit the paperwork.

Very convenient location and courteous staff. Dr. is super friendly with kids. I recommend this clinic.
We always have a great experience there. This week my son scratched himself in the eye and was in a lot of pain so I called them and they were able to squeeze me in for a partial checkup. And also for a quick check the next day to make sure his eye was healing! Everyone there is so nice.
Dr.Alisa Khan is very nice and friendly. She takes good Covid precautions and makes sure we are comfortable during the test. The staff is also very helpful.
Visited Milton Eye Care for a general check up and because I am considering laser surgery. The front staff were pleasant and I could see them continually sanitizing which was comforting. Dr Alisa Khan was very thorough with my check up and asked me a lot of questions about eye care, contact care, job profession in order to assess me. She gave me honest opinions about the different types of eye surgery. I am very pleased with her honesty and level of care.
