Elaine was extremely helpful. She gave me options of what I could do around my tub surround and sent them home with me. I called her with what I wanted (it was in stock) and it was ready for me by the time I drove back to the store. Thank you for your help! Happy I was able to support local!

This business started good. I went in three weeks ago asked about pricing on flagstone. Beginning of September I got a quote for 60 cents a pound on the 1 inch. I came back to the store today and got a shooter of 70 cents a pound. I asked the lady how often they adjust their price. The two ladies at the front did not seem interested in any type of customer service, answering the question or talking about it. Just wondering if their are any honest businesses in Medicine Hat. I get it, it’s a family run business and they can do what they want.

I will NEVER use this company again, and I want to warn others to never use them - unless you want poor quality of work, (which I have photos of that I would gladly share), and would like to pay WAAAAYY more than they quote you for. The did a poor job, it took them 3 times longer than we were told - and the workers left our home a complete disaster when they left. After the stone wall was put up, it was done so poorly we had a foreman come and have a look. He completely agreed and said it was embarrassing to look at and told us they would rip the whole thing down and redo it. Well - they came and ripped the whole thing down...and now want to charge us 3 times what we were quoted for or they aren't going to finish the job. I now have an incomplete wall, and a huge bill. Absolutely shameful and a terrible way to do business. I don't want anyone else to go through this and will be sharing my story to warn others - with photos included!!!
