My experience at Markham East Vision Centre was absolutely wonderful. With all COVID-19 precautions in effect, the staff were professional and so helpful in guiding us through the process; all the way from selecting a pair to final adjustments. They were super friendly, provided one-on-one support and truly cared about meeting personal needs. Special thanks to Frank. Amazing service! Highly recommended!

Due to COVID19 by appointment only. We have been using this location from last few years and over all very friendly and professional services. Highly recommend to book an appointment for any visit the center. On location an eye examination is also available.

Wonderful and very friendly staff. Frank is the best. Gave me an honest opinion on what looked good and what didn't for my face and very easy to get along with! Very reasonably priced and the doctor was also very educational and nice. Brought my boyfriend and he got a pair of glasses here as well. I definitely will be coming back here with friends and family!

I would like to start off by saying GREAT JOB to Markham East Vision for their hard work and great service you all have been providing to my family and everyone else who walks through your doors. It has been a long and hard year for everyone because of this pandemic but we all managed to pull through it. I definitely don't agree with the last review that was posted!!! If you know Frank and his team you know that they always provide the best service and also try to accommodate everyone. Its a very busy location and now with having to book an appointment to come in it's not easy. GIVE THEM A BREAK. BE PATIENT. WE LIVE IN A DIFFERENT WORLD NOW. Be kind. Nobody needs to be rude or an @ss. Thank you Frank for your great service and great selection of frames. Keep on doing what your doing. The community really appreciates you!

For over the last decade, I have always gone to Markham East Vision for eye exams and glasses. Dr. Lam is great and was especially helpful last year when I had a white spot in my eye. Frank is my go-to helper when it comes to picking a pair of glasses and making sure I have the best lenses. Thank you Markham East Vision for always taking great care of me and my eyes!
