This was our first trip to Red Bay Lodge. My boys and I had a wonderful meal (as well as enough leftovers for lunch for 2 grown boys). That in itself is awesome, but the atmosphere, friendly staff and just being able to have a meal in a restaurant that has people in it after all this time made it super special. The boys were already planning their next menu choice and trip to the lodge. And yes.... your fish and chips is well worth the drive. ️

I went to stay at Red Bay Lodge by myself to get away from a busy work and school at home house. I was looking for a much needed break. I found just that. I was warmly greeted and settled in. I felt at home right away. The owner and staff were the most incredible combination of skill, kindness and professionalism I have ever experienced. Preparation for morning coffee and meals were set up to be exactly what and when I wanted. The flexibility to suit their guests is amazing! I was treated with care and kindness. The food was soooo great. The fish and chips superb. Gorgeous parfaits, fruit and a full breakfast to beat any. The atmosphere both inside and outside were rustic and beautiful tranquility. My room was fresh, sparking clean and the bed so comfortable. I have already booked another two nights. This time with my husband as I just can’t wait for him to have the same experience. So grateful to the team at Red Bay Lodge. We will be seeing you often.

It was great. Their 2nd weekend open, first weekend of the third lockdown, but they were great. Ps. Typo on airbnb saying zero beds but there are beds. Newly renovated but still ongoing developments will soon make it even better.

Amazing customer service for the New Year's order! Staff was responsive, friendly and were very diligent with covid protocols. Wings were delish and rest of friend options were decent. Would highly recommend
New owners have done a ton of great great work. We came for wing night last Sunday and will be back. The fries were amazing, wish you offered poutine! The wings were super high quality and crispy. The wing sauces we not good, Diana’s sauce is not a good choice. We will order take out for future wing nights but sauce them at home. The music was very very loud. Once it was off, the atmosphere created was amazing. Beautiful building, friendly locals and the cozy fire. My only concern with sanitization is the staff did not wipe chairs down. I can’t wait to come back and try the other dinner specials!
