We woke up to no heat in the house as our furnace had a critical error and wouldn’t run. Jeff was scheduled to come in the afternoon but had a cancellation and was able to come soon. He was great to work with, explained everything and was very thorough and most importantly honest! Went above and beyond to help us get our heat back up and running! I will definitely be coming back for at future needs.

Service was professional from start to finish! Brian did an excellent job helping us pick the furnace and A/C that was right for us. Ian and his team did a wonderful job with installation, left everything clean and tidy, and explained perfectly how to use our new fancy thermostat! Furnace is SO quiet, we can hardly even hear it running. Keeping us toasty warm for far. Highly recommend My Fireplace!
Jeff Tuft was very thorough in servicing my furnace. He was knowledgeable and gave great advice on how I could get the most out of my furnace. I will definitely be requesting that he does all my my service calls in the future. I highly recommend Jeff for all your furnace and AC needs.
For four years I have had My Fireplace service my furnace and they gave me a passing grade. Most important was that they were most honest about the age of my furnace and that it may not last for many years. The fellows were all very courteous and helpful. I will have them back next year and when I need to purchase a new furnace that is whom I will trust.
