Unbelievable!!! This lab must really be struggling with not much hope insight. My Dr set up a weekly urine test so that I could bring in the sample. The lab gave me bottles and told me that I could put it in their fridge, show my lab ID card and go. There were to be no line up or waiting delays....I was assured this process was no hassle. I tried 7 times between 12 noon & 3:30pm closed doors. Unacceptable wait times and wait lines outside the building and on the sidewalk. I left but an older lady behind me that couldn't keep waiting, simply left her pee sample on the screener podium and walked out beside me. Nice pics from the road every time I tried to come back!

Good Covid safety practices at this lab. Staff is efficient and friendly. I have no complaints. Some staff like to chitchat amongst each other which bothers a lot of people and they find it unprofessional - doesn’t bother me too much, as long as they’re doing their work\u200d️ As of Nov 2020, this location is appointment only. Apps can be made online very easily and reports can be viewed online as well. I’ve had no problems with that although finding an agent on the phone is a little bit harder if you prefer that. Wait times can be loooong on the phone. Overall, good!

Staff were friendly and things moved quickly once I was allowed inside. My appointment was booked for 8:40 but I was not seen until shortly after 9am. I had to wait outside before being able to be let into the building as there were too many people inside. It was a particularly cold day -12 outside. Thankfully I only had to wait about 10 minutes in the cold but I was disappointed that management hasn't looked into better Covid protocols. They should be telling people to wait in there cars until there appointment time and they shouldn't be booking so many appointments at the same time. It's not right to leave people in the freezing cold. While I was waiting outside there were several seniors and pregnant women also waiting in the cold. Perhaps management should post this information on there website when booking online as I would have come better prepared for the weather. I wasn't expecting this with everyone having to schedule appointment online.

Dr set up appts for blood work for 6 months. The card with appts expired in February in which the Dr extended for another 6 months. According to staff it is expired and they wouldn't do my sons bloodwork. Right on the card it says extended 6 months from 21/02/21. That would put us at August. The lady that served us was very short and rude and made us feel that she just wasn't in the mood. We were last appt for day. Even the screener was rude. If I didn't work Monday to Friday I wouldnever come back to this location. Customer service today was.awful and I am very disgusted.

As of November 23, 2020 all visits must be arranged by appointment - no walk-ins Great Lab with helpful people and good Covid practices! We were in and out quickly having given our sample.

The technician was amazing and very polite. I am very sensitive to perfume and it causes my throat to close off. The technician was understanding and took me to a different cubicle. I would like to see this as a scent free place of business as it is a medical facility.
