I had a great experience today at this Life lab location. I want to recognize the outstanding care Leila Salehi provided me with today. She was respectful, accommodating, and understanding. I'm glad many of my patients go to this location, because I know they are in good hands.

1. Crowded, very, better make appointment in advance. I walked in and wait 15 min to get checked and 20min to get lab test. 2. Careless. Several patients ask for doc questions and they just say they don’t know and better ask doctor.
There have one stuff at counter who is always bad attitude, mad at patients. I don't know why she is so unhappy. Thanks for she is at counter, not collecting blood. If she does, it must be hurts! without her, they are nice and professional.
These guys were great. Quick fast walk in service and got us all set up and out in 20mins tops. Nice people too.
Incompetent training and incorrect info by newer phlebotomist and newer front staff who cant understand or speak english or able to use system to read info. Do not go here!
I saved my spot and be there when i have 7minutes. It has been 25minutes and I am still waiting!
Careless, extremely disorganized. She makes my arm as training and so much painful hurt. They kept me waiting for one hour in a cold room, They didn’t even give me any blanket or hot water I can put on my arms. When I asked them for blanket or hot water they rolling their eyes. I backed home with the headache and I have a cold now.
The worst experience ever, will never go back. Very bad service.
