Lifelabs is certainly a plus in any town or city. They suit such a great purpose for our health system. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time for all testing and make sure everything is done proper. They take the worry out of waiting with there automated system.

Made a 12pm appt on my lunch. 25 minutes later I'm still 7th in line &only because someone else with an appointment left in frustration. Booking needs huge changes &improvements. Staff is the only positive about this place.

Certainly a plus to the community. Appointments should be dealt with at appointment time. I have had 2 seperate appointments recently and was over an hour before i was seen. They appear to be very short staffed.

The staff were very nice and professional. The lady who took my blood was wonderful....very kind, helpful and caring. I know it's difficult during the pandemic and I understand wait times can be expected, but I was surprised no chairs were provided for those in line. Twenty minutes outside in 42 degree weather, and 40 more minutes inside, with nowhere to sit, can be dangerous for older people, or for those with health or back issues. Please consider providing chairs, even if they have to be wiped off frequently with sanitizer.

Made apt on line for my 80 plus father who doesn’t have internet waited outside for 35 min a lady came out just screaming at these elderly patients in line threatening the ministry screaming about social distancing and how busy they were extremely unprofessional throwing phone numbers at people to call a number which many said they can’t get through maybe a little compassion is needed and chairs spaced outside for the elderly
