I Love this store, I probably shop here 4 or 5 times a month maybe more, I bring my gfs, bfs, husband's clients and even casual friends, they all love it there. Great staff, helpful friendly environment, amazing service.

Will not return. Felt uncomfortable having staff "hover" over me. Felt as though they were expecting me to steal something. Constantly asking if they could take what I had in my hand up to the front for me. Poor customer relations.

Bullet bought for GF and it worked 1 time and got told nothing we can do. Poor quality products and no customer service when you have an issue. I won’t be going back. If I could give it lower rating I would. I have seen that you will leave one at the till but I don’t think your customer should have to complain on Google review to get customer support. Very poor service to start with.

Bought a product for 150, it was missing the screws and the mask. I called to ask/inform that it missing crucial pieces. I was told to get my own from the hardware store. If there was rating below one star I’d give that. And not to mention the same item was 1/2 price on amazon. Cost me 150 to learn not to shop there. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Shop around, look online then go everywhere else first Re: response to owner I will come back with the item and the receipt and a copy of my interac purchase to show u it was YOUR store. In fact how about I just repost images of the item an receipts on here then everyone will know that’s exactly what YOUR employees did and do to other ppl I’m sure. I look forward to adding to this later
