One star is too good for these guys. It's a money grab. Plain and simple. They took advantage of my senior father. He has cataracts and requires surgery. He was advised to purchase new lenses which he is unable to see out of and has never been able to see out of. He will need to replace with new lenses after his surgery because prescription will change. He's low income and will need to come up with money for an eye exam and new lenses. I've emailed them to complain and heard nothing back. Very disappointed with this entire company. Will be advising every to take their business elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience at Image! Dr Gandham was helpful, informative, and friendly. It felt like they really look their time to make sure the exam was thorough and that I understood everything. After the exam itself I was helped by Agnes to find some new frames that fit my face and my budget, and she was lovely to deal with! Extremely friendly and chatty, and helped me to narrow down my choices and show me options when I told her some details I was looking for. I’ll definitely be back again!

For a newcomer who has limited experience as to what to expect from an eye test, the optometrist should be patient and ensure that the customer feels at ease at all times. I would however, like to commend Agnes, the lovely Scottish lady who, as well as being knowledgeable and helpful, is emotionally intelligent and creates a great rapport with her client. Thank you Agnes! If it wasn't for your customer excellence, I most probably would not have stayed. Be Kind & Stay Safe!

Cannot adequately express how incompetent the people at this branch are. I have been chasing contact lenses up from them for over a month and everyone I speak to in the countless times I have had to phone to chase it up, says something different. They didn't provide the contact lenses initially phoned to chase them up the lady said we needed to track down an old order number from 4 years ago from the Kingsway branch. This took weeks of calls and leaving messages and emailing and finally they got back to us with that order number. Last week I phoned the Lougheed branch again and was told I would definitely get a call the next day. Five days later I am again chasing it up myself. The person I just spoke to now tells me they'll order the contact lenses from the eye test for glasses that they did initially and they didn't actually need that old order number. However they still have not ordered them despite making notes on the account. I have to chase it up to force them into ordering it. While on the phone trying to sort this out the woman put me on hold for 25 mins until they closed so never got back to me. I have now been trying to phone for half an hour. Now I will have to chase it up YET AGAIN! The original test over a month ago took over an hour because their system is so incredibly inefficient. The test itself took a few minutes. The rest was waiting while they passed us from one person to another and told us nothing. Again cannot express enough how incompetent these people are and how much time of your life you will spend chasing them up. The lady I spoke to now obviously just put me on hold until her shift was over then just left.

I have been seeing Dr. Gandham and Dr. Mangat since they took over from my former optometrist. I am so grateful to them, they are wonderful doctors. Whether I have had to see them on an emergency basis, or I have made an appointment, they have always taken their time to address my concerns and I have always been fitted with the perfect prescription/glasses/contact lenses for my needs. The new store has a great selection of frames to choose from to fit ANY budget! I was thrilled to find frames at online-comparable pricing. Agnes went out of her way to find me suitable frames and the right lenses package within my conservative budget. I got my glasses within a week. One of the lenses came scratched, so they ordered a new one right away and at no cost to me. Really impressed with the customer service and how quickly everything was handled from start to finish.

Since they came under new ownership I've experienced such an increase in reliability and customer service. The new staff are incredibly personable and were extremely helpful to me. After loosing my glasses they were able to have me all set with a new pair on the same day i went to get new ones. Overall having better experiences here!

Absolutely over priced AND RIP OFF !!!!! Do not listen to the retail people. The guy who helped is named victor and he said "this store \u003cimage optometry lougheed\u003e is selling at a low price so the glasses are at a good discounted price and can't give discount more than off tax. Guess what. Sunglass hut is selling at cheaper price without a discount. I paid 150 dollars more for buying 2 sunglasses here than buying from some other place like sunglass hut or online. I recommend you to go somewhere else if you wanna pay a Right amount of money not OVERPRICED. RIP OFF!!!!! If you want I can actually show the receipt and show sunglass hut website for how much they are selling without discount.

My eye exam was pretty quick, its been a long time since I've updated my prescription so it was a big difference too. They have a lot of options online and were willing to order one or transfer some for me if I saw one I liked! They have a really good range of prices, so I found prices that fit into my coverage.
