These guys are terrific to deal with. They give good advice and fit you in for service on the vehicle as best as they can to suit your needs. One of my favorite things in the way they help me is they store my tires from one season to the next. An added bonus for me at my age. I only give them 4 stars because in my opinion ---no one is perfect.

It was a pleasure working with Michelle, Gene and Grayson at High River Toyota!! I drove 2 hours from Red Deer and they all made my experience a fun and pleasant one, especially Michelle! My new truck was immaculately clean and ready to hit the trail!! I was very well taken care of and negotiating a good deal was a pleasure!! I went there today to pick up my brand new Toyota Highlander and it was awesome. As soon as I walked into the deliver place, my car was sitting there waiting to be driven and I was so excited. Michelle Smith was great, she helped us so much and guided us through so many features of the car that I may have never figured out myself! She explained the whole connected services thing and she made everything very clear and we were very happy. She was so joyful and kind, she made us feel welcome there. I definitely recommend this location to others and Thank you Michelle for the great service.

We have been dealing with High River Toyota since 2002. Between my wife and I we purchased 7 new vehicles and every transaction has been nothing but positive. The service dept knows us well and have always gone above and beyond anytime we have had our vehicles in for service. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It is so nice to shop for vehicles and not be pressured into buying something we don’t want. They have always been patient and taken the time to understand what we are looking for in a vehicle. We have recommended many family members and friends to HRT and will continue to do so and return there when the time comes to purchase our next vehicle.
