Great place to get your parts for your International. Evening parts guy is knowledgeable, and will go all out to help you....daytime parts is great as well and a very positive environment. Doesn't look like much of a place from outside, but don't judge this book by its cover.

All I can say is Brandon went way above and beyond when I was down on the road. Too bad I can't call other places and get that type of old-style courtesy and good human assistance
I came from another dealership with my parts knowledge to share and help customers in need. I enjoy each and every staff members friendliness at my new position at Altruck. I get to see customers I have known in the last three years from Kenworth so that is a wonderful thing for me. We work hard as a team to provide excellent customer service to each and every person visiting our parts dept or the service dept. I see there are negative reviews and I was not here at altruck at the time and changes have been in place to better the company and help our customers needs. Our team at Altruck want to make your experience a positive one.
