It was my first time to this Games Workshop. While I was greeted by the staff, the minute I said, \I'm just looking around today and have a lot of miniatures\, they seemed less then thrilled to talk to me and I was the only customer in the store. Even though I tried to start a conversation twice with one staff, he wouldn't bite. There were 3 guys there that I think were staff and 2 were painting. It's my opinion, but if I worked their, I'd have the staff engaging all customers, buying or not, in pleasant conversation to get them to come back. They likely could have lured me into buying some paint that day but the store just felt lifeless. I went to another games store and it felt much more welcoming and alive for lack of a better word. I'm not here to knock a store or advertise another, but I'm just saying.

Will admit that during this pandemic isn't exactly the best time to go eye shopping for stuff, but one of the staff member was giving my friend and I a death glare. I just wanted to look around, but it was extremely uncomfortable with him staring at us, so I'm giving it a 1 star. If I ever go back there again, I'll update the review.
