All the staff is so friendly & attentive!! Felt safe with all the Covid policies that have been put in place. I LOVE my lenses! So sharp & clear! Frames are wonderful too! Thank you - In Focus!! I’ll be back!

Thanks to the staff who maintained a safe & friendly environment during the CV19 restrictions. I could see it must have been frustrating to attend to us outside, in the cold. Both technicians literally ran back & forth, in & out, to get us what we needed. 10/10 service.

While on vacation I woke up with uncomfortable scratching in my eye. The doctor at In Focus was able to see me as soon as they opened. They did an exam, then cleaned the inside of my eyelid and fixed the problem. Saved my vacation! They are very professional, caring and provided great service.

In response to your reply, considering that the great majority of residents in Grand Bend are seniors, I would think that your business would be well aware that the MTO provides their own eye exam and tell seniors that, rather than to try to book them an appt that is in fact performed when they go to have their licence renewed. My 80 year old mother gets a notice from Service Ontario saying she is due to renew her license and she need an eye test done, so she calls In Focus to make an appt. She is told that the laws changed for senior citizens needing eye test for their license and the test is very expensive. She asks how much, but they can't tell her at that time, just that they are very expensive. She then contacts Service Ontario and books an appt for her test, and asks about the eye test. They tell her it is free and will be done by them at her appointment. Shame on you for trying to rip off senior citizens. Absolutely disgraceful!!!!
