Great experience walking into Bank Street Mitsubishi. My salesman Osama was very knowledgeable and down to earth. He didn't pressure me in making a decision on a specific day. I had an amazing experience buying my first car at the Mitsubishi dealership on Bank. Right from the first interaction via email to the in-person interactions with the Sales reps, it was very evident that they provided genuine customer service to all the customers. The best part was talking to the Hussein who was quick to identify my needs and pointed me to the Outlander which I initially hadn’t considered. He walked me through all the features of the vehicle in and even when I needed a little bit more time to think about it, he was really understanding and followed up with me to answer all the questions I had. There is a lot of pressure in buying a first car but they made the experience really smooth and comfortable. I also appreciated Boudy, Firaz and Eli being available to answer all the questions that I had. All in all, I would definitely go back and will be recommending my friends to this dealership.
