My experience here was that the sales team are friendly enough, and as a new buyer you will be afforded a lot of pleasantries.. However, once I became a customer nobody cared to deal with any issues, even if they were caused by the staff's own errors, I was palmed off to different teams and departments within Mitsubishi. Furthermore what was discussed and what actually appeared on the paperwork are two very different things. My advice if you do choose to purchase from here, is make sure at no point you leave the dealership and come back to sign additional/different paperwork and if this is asked of you as it was of me, triple check that what was agreed/previously signed is the same as what you're being asked to sign (this is a common trick in the industry I wasn't aware of). Mitsubishi as a brand I think is great, I go to the Langley Wolfe dealership on a regular basis and they are fantastic, as for North Van, I would rather drive out an hour than deal with this place.

I just get my car today. I communicated with my dealer Antonio Wang two weeks ago and I get the car so fast in a reasonable low price. He gave me really detailed and clearly explain of the car. The quality and condition of the car is so nice. He also helped me a lot on the applying of my loan. That is the best service I've ever had on buying car.
