Took money from my brother before completing a repair. I know my brother should have waited until afterwards to pay. He paid Bob extra to get it done sooner. Bob did further damage to my brother's ps4 and never completed or even returned the broken unit. As my brother lives out of province it was on me to collect the unit. Bob told me it was complete on 5 seperate occasions each time I drove for an hour to find he had never even tested it. I do not recommend. No refund not even a return of the broken PS4 avoid this guy.

On December 19th, 2014 I dropped a PS4 with a damaged HDMI port off to Bob. I was quoted 140 and 3 weeks. As I live in Alberta I offered him 100 cash to have it done for Christmas. The offer was accepted and I paid upfront. It was returned 2 days later with a jerry rigged upside down HDMI port. The unit would no longer even turn on. I advised him and he told me to bring it back possibly a missed solder point. This was my last face to face contact with Bob. He has been elusive, evasive and just plain rude ever since It is now JANUARY 12, 2017. Bob will no longer answer his calls, clear his voice mail or return a call. He still has my Playstation 4, and my 240.00 and refuses any renumeration or compensation for his pathetic repair skills. His shop is a disaster of cluttered half finished projects and probably unhappy customers as his voice mail has been full for over a year. DO NOT give this \businessman\ your money. He has yelled at me over the phone for simply asking for my money back, saying it would cause him to miss his mortgage payments. He is a pathetic repairman, a pathetic business owner, and a waste of oxygen and skin. If you give him anything that you own, you will never see it again. Go to hell Bob.
