Have been going to Natural sound for over 30 years, my parents rented videos from Paul back in the 80's. When I was in high school I would go to the store to look at all the gear, and dream of owning some of the systems Paul had at that time. Over the years I have purchased different pieces of gear and accessories, and can say that Natural Sound and staff have always been consistent in their efforts to try and make everyone feel welcome who walks through their door, great customer service ( that you will never get from online shopping or a big box store), honesty and integrity. Thanks Paul and staff for making Natural Sound such a joy and fun audio shopping experience. Simon

First time experience at this store and was blown away by the customer service. I will definitely be back. Can't wait to install this new badboy.

I have been dealing with Natural Sound for well over 20 years and have never been disappointed in their customer service or products. Fair pricing, excellent product selection and quality. I will continue to give my business to Natural sound.

Good people and quality product. Have shopped there for the past 12 years and I will continue. Much preferred to the alternative like the box stores

Visited this place today with a record player I inherited. Darryl was awesome and walked me through a number of things that were extremely helpful - for no cost. I made sure to at least buy a record there but in my opinion you don't find places like this very often. I'm now at home listening to my dad's records :P
