I bought my first bike from oxygen in 2014, second in 2015, and 3rd in 2016. They've always been the best in service and the friendliest shop around. For years they were my neighbourhood shop who took care of my daily commuters, despite the abuse they suffered riding downtown year round. Now I find myself traveling up to an hour to support them and receive the best ever service. Thank you to Shawn and his amazing team. I adore your note taking and excellent communication when working on my bikes. I am a customer for life. Since I know you read each one of these, I recommend the black oak triple chocolate cherry stout for the crew ;)

I am so happy we found this great bike place in our neighbourhood. The staff is very friendly and they are so helpful when it comes to picking out a bike that's right for you. Amy was the first person who answered the phone for us and I was really happy with her customer service and patience. Despite the extra pressure with new ways of buying a bike, she quickly showed us what worked and we didn't even have to go into the store! She was fast and efficient and made the whole process very simple. We are happy with the value of the bikes and with everything overall.
I went to pick up my bike yesterday. I think that was Amy that greeted me when I entered the store. Super nice. Told her what I was here for and she knew exactly what my order was for and promptly went to the back to get my bike. She also assisted me with taking off the front wheel and bought the wheel out to where my car was. Amazing service!! From preordering to pickup, everything was smooth and professional. Also want to thank Shawn for getting my kickstand installed and ready when I went to pick up the bike as promised over the phone. You all rock!
Just picked up my Trek Dual Sport ll. Oxygen bikes has shown me a tremendous amount of patience. I placed the order for my bike in may or june and they informed me it would be ready for pick up sometime in October. They called in October and informed me that my bike was in. Due to 2020 complications I was now unable to pay for the bike. I told them this and they assured me my bike would be here when I'm ready. They patiently held my bike for 3.5 months until I could pay for the the bike. Their patience and understanding during a year like this when everyone is struggling, shows a real level of customer service that is rare these days. I will be back
Great bike shop, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, highly recommended. Genuinely felt like I left with the right bike for me as opposed to being sold what they had. Looking forward to winter fatbiking this year as a result of my visit.
