So friendly! I’d come here for all my bike needs. The service is great. I just came in get a bell but Issac also helped me out with my handlebars and the tire pressure as well. Feel very lucky to have a place like this in the neighbourhood!

Rentals: Bikes are well tuned, smooth gearing, good braking power. Staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Took five minutes to get us started and five to check us out when we got back. No hidden fees, reasonable prices, and locks and helmets included.
I highly recommend this place for all your bike rental or bike purchasing needs! We have rented bikes from here many times, it was always our go-to for renting bikes. The staff are really friendly and helpful here. We recently purchased some used bikes from here so we won't be needing rentals anymore, but I'll be happy to recommend this place to others! The staff were happy to answer any questions and give advice on bike related questions. Thanks for being awesome!

Jeremy provided me with the utmost in professional, skilled, courteous and patient service. English Bay Bike rentals is just the best! Beautiful bikes as well of course!
This place made it easy for me to go check out the city of Vancouver and Stanley park. Friendly staff. Decent bike. I had fun, and I’d for sure do it again. Prices are reasonable. (Pro tip) You will need a photo ID and a credit card to secure a rental.
