The worst customer service, unhelpful, and not mention just rude. Stating they didn’t receive a call from me to cancel my account when I moved, and trying to charge me for an extra 3 months. Do yourself a favour, and find a different provider.

No issues pay your bills on time. Coming from the UK where you can choose your own supplier I don't understand Canada, so many monopolies. grocery stores are the worst, where is the competition. Backwards if you ask me.

I had never thought there would be this much monopolistic businesses in Canada. Now I understand why the economy in Canada doesn't grow as healthy as all Canadian deserve.

It's virtually a monopoly, so expectations are pretty low. That said, I've never had an outage, they have decent customer but it is extremely hit and miss. Some days you get helpful people and other days you get the worst, luck of the draw I guess.
