I submitted my request to have my barbecue and fireplace serviced, Leanne responded to my inquiry quickly and was very friendly... and had someone out within a couple of days, which was great! My wife was there to meet the 2 technicians (Glenn and Dan) and said they were 2 of the nicest service people she had met... both issues were resolved and back in working order (and below the estimated cost to boot). We will definitely use you Dagg’s again and would recommend them in a heart beat! Don

Just had a ceiling mounted patio heater installed by Daggs Gas Contracting (Daggs Fireplace Shoppe Ltd.). Leanne arranged everything from city permits to setting up an appointment to suite my availability. Glenn and Dan were knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. They were happy to answer any questions I had. They would certainly be the first to call if I needed their services again and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you to everyone involved.
Sept 2019-I would totally recommend Daggs for your fireplace or gas contracting needs. Dan and Glenn were awesome! I had two refurbished units installed to convert my wood burning fireplaces to gas. They look and work like new but kept the budget at a place I could afford. Dan and Glenn were on time, friendly and knowledgeable. There were no surprise costs and things came in at what i was quoted. I did add a few things on and upgraded a remote but still had a budget I could manage. I plan to have them back next year to upgrade my stove and BBQ to gas as well! Two thumbs up from me. Thanks guys!
I was told by a different company that the flame in my fireplace was too rich. That cost me around 185. I was advised by this other company to get the chimney checked for cobwebs or birds nests because it was dormant for about 20 years. I finally found a company to provide the 120 service call to get on the roof and check the chimney, and they said there was no chimney blockage problem. I received the BBB 2019 Consumer Guide in the mail. Under fireplaces was Dagg's Gas Contracting. I called them, they sent out a serviceman. 185 later, everything was perfect. My fireplace is all ready for those cold winter nights. Thank you so much for the great, honest service.
