They installed chimney for me, it was interior installation, and chimney goes through the room in the closet. Every time I use the stove the smoke gets into the room. Called to mister Pascal 3 times to fix this, scheduled a visit few times, but he never appeared.

Not professionnel at all!! Bad service and they never call back or respect there angagement!! Really really disappointed! They installed a 4000 fireplace its making anoying noise and they cant fix it !
