Had trouble with an item I purchased here. They replaced it. Had trouble again with the replacement item. After being tired with the whole situation I was hoping to get a refund for my trouble. But they wouldn't offer that. The person I dealt with working at the store kept selling me things that they weren't completely sure of how the care went and what items it could be used with etc. So now I've wasted money on something that doesn't work because it was broken after one use. Due to the staff not knowing what item it was to be used with to prevent breaking. Extremely disappointed. My partner and I will no longer be shopping here.

I have not been in since last year but I think there was a change in ownership or management here. Its not as nice as it used to be and the staff dont seem as good as the last ones I remember but if you go in when the older lady with the white hair is there she is super helpful and really knows her stuff! She seems to only be in on nights. Still a good store. Just not as well kept as before.

As an employee I can say that the store manager has always gone above and beyond to make all of us happy and makes sure that we are all taken care of when we need shift changes. Easily the best job I've ever had! It's like a family.

The staff there is very outgoing and takes there time specially savanna very friendly young lady and sure knows what she is talking about and I like it that there is always something new to choose from I have nothing but full respect for that store
