Good food but prices should be adjusted a bit for portion size you get. Everything is 16.50 and basically what you add on gets piled onto the same platter. Ordered the meat platter with an additional meat dish and order came to 36.00. pretty pricy for not having any left overs. (Shared the platter for two people).

I have never had Ethiopian food prior to my experience at Blue Nile and I have to say it was a very pleasant one. The server was very accommodating and understanding of our unfamiliarity with the food and it was quite good. Definitely unique. I recommend coming with a group so you can try a wider variety of things.

I liked the food, but the atmosphere is really weird and almost creepy. I came here with a friend and we felt weirded out by how dark and grungy it was, and how there was a group of about half a dozen men just sitting at the bar. They weren't drinking or eating; they were just talking to each other and staring at the customers. They were there before we came, and they were still there when we left. It was very strange. The food was really good, though.
