Non pressure auditions. Vilip kindly handed me the control of iPad so I can listen to music. He left me alone while I listen to great music and audition the gear I was considering. I would not hesitate to recommend this store!

Super knowledgeable staff. Gave me lots of space and time to demo the amplifier that I was researching for. Very honest about their pricing and how much discount they can offer. Even though this other place quoted me a price that is slightly cheaper, I bought it from them instead because they spent the time educating me and wasn't pressuring me into making a decision.
