I was ready to buy from a competitor until a friend convinced me to go-in and talk with Visions first. The salesperson Matt, didn't pressure me and answered every question in a way that I understood. I got a deal in every way. A small mixup on delivery, ( the very next day) the stand didn’t get dropped off. After a phone call to the management and his response made me feel I was not forgotten. In fact, the salesperson got in his car and personally brought me the missing stand. Mistakes happen. That’s life but everyone at Visions went out of their way for me, the customer. That speaks volumes. I highly recommend Visions and even am loving my new TV.

The best price in the town and the most experienced staff. Matthew Cleveland is a gem! He understood my needs and made sure I leave the shop with a smiling face even after a large spending spree. All the staff is very courteous and helpful. Wish these guys were in downtown so I could visit them more often but then again I guess being far away in Langford is a positive for my wallet. Fully recommended!!!

Had a remote starter installed today that I bought on boxing day. There was an error in the purchase when I bought it that meant there was an outstanding balance. Ash worked with me to help make the additional cost affordable. Great and friendly service. Highly recommend this Canadian company!!
