It was a bright sunny day , cold but not too cold. Walking in with my mask I approached the counter and was greeted nicely. He took the keys from me. There was no struggle and I trusted him, since there was coffee nearby. I sat and waited. Watched the TV but there was no sound. I could not find the remote so - no sound. Not long after, maybe 45 minutes, I heard my name called. Since I had done nothing wrong I was not worried but still approached the service counter cautiously. He gave me back my keys and said the car was ready. The report showed that the service was completed and the car was fine. That was better news than what was on TV. So there you have it.

Everything got resolved: the General Director of Hyundai Anjou just called me and they are paying 2/3 of the cost of the new battery, that left me after 2 years and 10 months. I appreciate the fact that the director in person, Roch Sinclair, called me. This was really touching. This was really HUGE for me. Thanks again.

Edit: Change from 1 star to 5 star. Everything got cleared. It was not intentional from his part. I might get stressed out at the last minute, that's why I might feel pressured.
