Excellent experience dealing with The Heating Source. What can I say other than buy local and buy from The Heating Source. I had the pleasure of dealing with Shane, Val & Belinda and they always treated me like a friend rather than a customer. When we finally selected a stove and were given the install date the techs Mike and Rod arrived on time and finished when they said they would. What also impressed me is how they treated my home. No mess anywhere and maybe even a little cleaner than when they arrived LOL

Shane and Val were exceptional to deal with. The original install date of my woodstove was set for March 2020 but due to COVID it was pushed back to July. A true measure of exceptionalism is when having to handle adversity. Shane and Val were professional and reliable during the uncertainty of COVID. There crew was professional, polite and efficient. The end result is a previous leak was repaired and the ideal woodstove (now the main heat source) for my home is in place. I highly recommend The Heating Source as your only heating source! Thanks again Shane and Val!!
The Heating Source just installed our new gas fireplace. They provided excellent service from choosing the right product to installation. Very friendly and professional with an emphasis on safety. Highly recommended!
Shane and his crew installed a wood burning fireplace for me and I can't say enough about the level of service from Shane himself as well as his staff. I even got a follow up call to make sure all was going well. That level of service in these days is unheard of and is highly recommended.
The lads came on December 3rd and did a great job getting my gas fireplace up and running. The crew was knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, professional and very competent. There is nothing more you can ask for.
