Amazing work! The couple that works here were absolutely wonderful! My favorite dancing shoes were restored beautifully and the customer service here is very personable. Come back here time and time again even though its a bit out of my way, because of the great workmanship and customer service. Highly recommended.

I brought several pairs of shoes for repair - a little pricey but ok... then recently had a pair of heels fixed (for the sole) and when I got them back the heel on one was broken - super wobbly. The couple refused to acknowledge that they had damaged the heel, and told me I had done it myself, which is totally insulting and spoke to me like a retarded child. Very poor customer service, rude and definitely will not be trusting them with my shoes in the future.
