This is a fantastic shoe repair store. Prices are better than anywhere else. I brought this guy my beat up worn boots. I was going to throw them out but decided I'll just try to see if he can fix the heals and I'll use them for one more winter. When I went to pick them up I couldn't believe my eyes! He fixed my heals and glued the gaps on the sides of my boots. He polished them. My boots looked brand new. WOW!!! The guy is very nice too. I highly recommend this place!

Needed a couple of keys cut and they were done quickly and they worked. I’ve used other key cutting places in the past, and there was always a bit of back and forth, as the keys weren’t cut exactly to fit the lock. It’s a hassle to have to bring the keys back to get another pass. That didn’t happen here, all the keys I got cut I tested right away and they all worked on the first try. Excellent service. Thank you.
Got my blundtstones widened, my ultraboosts repaired and my boxing shoes repaired. The owner is really skilled with his hands. Would recommend and also it's very cheap for the services you get

I don't know why the rating is so high. I came here for half sole protection, and he totally destroyed my luxury brand shoes, 2 pairs of Jimmy Choo which I wore it only once on my wedding, and one brand new Manolo Blahnik. He sanded the original shoes edges, and not clean edge for the shoe protection. I was really upset, I didn't pay him to destroy my shoes! I should ask for compensation but I did not! If you have luxury shoes, please visit 372 Hwy 7, Richmond Hills, it is way better than this store.
