We ordered a full range of appliances in late summer 2020. The sales experience was fantastic. Everything ended up being delayed due to COVID, but we embraced it and took it in stride. Unfortunately now, half a year later, our fridge has still not arrived. Appliance Canada has not called us with updates regarding the fridge at all since the original delivery, and the only news we have received has been from us calling them. Those calls have all been the same. They give us a new date and apologize. Then that date comes, we get no call so we call them, they apologize and give us a new date. This morning, my partner and I called two different representatives and each gave us a DIFFERENT revised date which was pretty disheartening. Friends of ours ordered the exact same fridge model from TASCO about a month AFTER our order, and while also delayed, they got (i) constant updates, (ii) a loaner fridge for the interim period, and (iii) their fridge was just delivered today. Obviously there are issues due to COVID, and it's understandable that there are delays, but it's worth mentioning that Appliance Canada is handling the situation much worse than their competitors. What started out as a great experience has left us extremely disappointed. We just want our fridge.

We received the runaround from the delivery department. Are through appliance canada through our builder (Paradise Developments) and prior to moving in were not told of any issues/delays to our appliances. We were told just prior to delivery of delays for our range and fridge. After much back and forth asking for concrete/time we were given a tentative end of February for the range, and end of March for Fridge. Again contacting customer service for further clarification, found out that the range is now tentatively (until further notice) end of March (maybe) and the fridge until end of April. Absolutely livid in this case...I would suggest our builder for future (and consideration of other people who I am sure are already dealing with this as well) maybe switch to Canada Appliance instead or the Brick.
We purchased a gas range online from Appliance Canada's website at the end of December 2020. There were many errors in communication and follow up on Appliance Canada's part, but I understand that mistakes happen. When the mistakes were identified, Appliance Canada worked quickly to resolve the issues and to offer us a product that satisfied our needs. We are still waiting for one issue to be resolved (not Appliance Canada's fault but the resolution needs to happen through them), but otherwise we're happy with how the reps worked to correct the mistakes that were made.
